What I love the most about film (vs. digital), apart from the quality & overall look of it all, are the surprises you get from it. When you finally get your film developed and see all the shots you forgot you took & for a few seconds you get to relive those moments…
Anyway, I had this film in my beach bag for about 4 years, totally forgot my lomo camera was lost in there… so yeah, big time surprises… made me laugh :).
They are nothing special, just forgotten little pieces of summer…

Back in February, we traveled up North during “Carnaval” to visit Sarah, who’d just abandoned me by moving there (snif).
We started off by having a Porto cocktail with a spectacular view.
Then experienced the best Carnaval ever (suck it Carnaval de Torres!) after I discovered the power of coffee (yeah, it took me this long to figure it out…)!
Next day, before leaving, we had the nicest coffee ever (for me who doesn’t particularly enjoy coffee, for true coffee lovers/addicts not so much I guess … mariquices!)
Short but sweet trip – good times & great friends, what else could a person ask for? <3
The rest (and thankfully end) of the shittiest film on earth (Ilford I love you, but 3200 is really not your thing… or mine, probably mine, but shiu)

So, Marta (not me, the other one <3) celebrated her birthday with friends, cake and pretty drinks. We all sang happy birthday and hours later off she went to Germany.
Some time later we had an actual dinner party for Pavão & Marta.
And along came Lucy.
She was loved by all…
And partied all night like a rock star…
