Ps: Baked again this weekend, some raspberry jello (not pictured), and had my first attempt on chocolate coulant/fondant/moelleux - a personal favorite. I did it right (overcooked it a tiny bit maybe) but the recipe was crap - way too much flour and not nearly enough chocolate. Better luck next time :)
